Take A Ride On This Fall Foliage Train In Maryland

What better way to celebrate the fall season than to enjoy a peaceful ride through beautiful trees with orange and yellow leaves?

This train is located near Frederick, MD, close to Adventure Park USA. The car ride there is very scenic, and the train ride itself takes you through Monocacy Valley. The ride lasts about an hour and 10 minutes long, and costs less than $20. The cool thing about this train is that your ticket also includes admission to their museum as well. It was so interesting to hear about the history of the train and the railroad.

Another cool thing is that the train actually goes backwards!

Don’t mind the chipped nails, lol.

They also have Christmas rides as well! Such a fun and nostalgic way to start off the holidays.

This sounds SO fun. We don’t get much fall foliage here in Colorado except for a couple short weeks where the Aspens turn golden at certain altitudes. I always miss the stunning colors that last for weeks back east!

This looks like fun! I wish we had something like this in NJ for fall foliage season, but I haven’t heard of anything similar. Maybe I’ll have to take a trip to Maryland next year to try this instead!
